Introduction to CTS.
In order to work with CTS you need an authorization certificate, which is sent to your e-mail. The e-mail contains a one-time link to a corporate web resource where you will find a link to authorization certificate download page as well as link to detailed instruction on how it should be installed. Having opened the link, save the certificate and the password that is displayed under the link. Certificate will expire in a year. A month before that date you will receive a new certificate; it is installed exactly as the first one.

Projects menu
First of all we would recommend you to get acquainted with the home page of your project. A link to it can be found in dropdown menu Projects (Client <clientname>) in a list of projects (View all projects) that you have access to.
On the home page of your project (Summary) you can find information about managers of your bank, name of the person responsible for installing Upgrades in your project and service level (SLA) as well:
On the home page you can also find links to issues where you have to attach monthly TW/TX license reports (each software product has a separate issue). There are several useful links additionally.
1. Actions in Emergency
If you experience problems that block normal bank work, follow the instructions given at the link. Detailed instructions have steps that you should follow to register emergency situation as well as emergency phone numbers which you can use to contact 24/7 Compass Plus Support Service.
2. Scheduled Releases Log
At this link you can find a graph of nearest releases of all Company’s software products (updated quarterly)
3. Recommendations for certification
Click this link for recommendations on passing the certification process. Find attached files with lists of third-party equipment/software that was successfully tested and is compatible with our software products.
Among other projects you can find useful information on released versions and fixes (HDFIXES), releases announcements (HDVERSION). Notifications on new Oracle patches testing and Apache Tomcat versions testing are placed in project HD. There you can see information on compatibility of these products and Compass Plus products, upcoming holydays in Compass Plus and other important information.

Issues menu
Using Issues menu you can search among created issues (Search for Issues) or create a new issue (Create Issue). We would like to pay special attention to creation of an issue.
· First define the type of issue (Bug, Question, Task or New feature):
· Then write short description of a problem (Summary), issue priority (Priority), software products (Component/s), software products versions (Version numbers), detailed description of a problem (Description) and Environment if needed (for example to define operating system; Oracle version; whether this is a test or a production environment).
After issue is created, further options become
available. To add necessary files and screenshots use the dropdown menu More actions (Attach files|Attach
screenshots).
If
you need to receive notifications about new comments in any issue or if you
would like other user to receive notifications, use Watch issue|Watchers link. To link issues
together, use Link from dropdown menu

gadgets according to your needs in Dashboards
menu.
